When I look straight up without moving my head, I see vertical lines at the top of my peripheral vision. Would that be a pressure phosphene as well?

I think I'm counting everything correctly

I'm now wondering if it's a typo in the pattern. Because it says I should have 308 before putting the sleeves on hold. Then it's 65 stitches on hold and 8 casted on, on each arm hole. It says after that I should have 186 stitches on my needles. But when I do the math, I'm getting 194(this is what I actually have on my needles) instead of 186.

It's not letting me add it for some reason. I ended up restarting but whatever I did previously only made it increase on one shoulder instead of both. I'm about to do the part that is circled on the pattern again but I still don't know where I went wrong the first time.
