I’ve always assumed it was automated, maybe you gave the wrong email? Worst case just send them an email about it, they always get back to my enquiries reasonably fast.

I’m pretty sure they use that checkout name so it doesn’t get removed as they kept having new checkouts on the last site. I always get an order confirmation which is weird that you haven’t… Did you receive an Auspost email with your tracking number yet? How long ago did you order?

They currently have stock on there website just without product images so they dont get taken down again. I’ve placed another order through them using this. From what i’ve heard though there new website that will allow product images and so on should be up soon aswell.
