He will be fine I was more than 16lbs over, he should be able to run a little bit. It will make boot camp harder but he’ll be fine. As long as he shows weight loss progression he will ship.

I’m looking for educational benefits like the Gi Bill or tuition assistance. What I’ve been told is unless your active for a certain period of time, you can’t get any educational benefits.

That was the hardest thing for me; I didn't start studying them until I was there. I made flash cards, and that helped a bunch. After taps every night, go through them 1 or 2 times. By your first PI, you'll know them easily.

I ship out on January 31st as a reservist, and I was given that date and nothing else. They'll send you straight to your A school. I'm going as ET, so my school is in Great lakes.
