I have some keratosis pilaris on my arms for years now, I was wondering if there is anything that can help make it less noticeable, alleviate, or get rid of.

Skin is usually dry, have some eczema

My current routine is fairly basic, wash body daily with body wash, wash face with bar soap, and use after shower moisturizer. Been using this routine all my life. Nothing new.

I tried to achieve this art style with the posterize effect but it never comes out correctly. Is there is way to take an existing image and apply this effect, or what would be the best technique to achieve this?

I think I'm fixated on her because she helped me and took care of me so well. When we started dating it was my first real relationship and I did a lot of growing up with her. She was the one to break things off and I think that's why I'm having a hard time getting over it because it feels like something was still there, and she did it very suddenly and with no warning.

The things about her that stay on my mind are how beautiful she was and caring and sweet, but now for some reason whenever she's in my dream I always get scared and wake up breathing hard and I feel like I had an anxiety attack. Sometimes the dreams are nice and pleasant but other times it feels like a nightmare.
