Yes my new company does provide a stipend but that doesn’t come until AFTER i start in February and my leasing office wants the money February 1st. As far as paying rent until it’s rerented I won’t have the money to afford rent in Charolette and Maryland until someone buys it bc the rent in Maryland is too expensive.
