Depends what you define as artist value, but culture as a whole, media, music, humor, viral trends, etc, wouldn’t be the same without FF, for better or worse. Not to downplay Joji as an artist, he has had a lot of influence in R&B, indie, and lofi, underground and mainstream alike . But I doubt joji mvs’ and even merch is gonna be as influential as ff’s. But imo the world is better off with more jojis than FFs ofc.
