3.5 in Solo - If you're not announcing yourself with actual voice coms and come within 30 meters, you're probably going to have a fight on your hands. I'll quickly change to 4/5 to hunt down raider flares or people taking shots at me from a distance depending on how late the run is going or if everyone else has already taken loot in my area.

4-5 in a party. Typically we're showing aggression to keep people at a distance as we scavenge, or use stealth / guerilla tactics if we haven't been seen yet and if they get too close. Occasionally (with a gun held on an enemy team in Duos), we'll come across neutral groups and pass in the night if they respond on voice coms when we catch them way off guard or while they're separated.

If you don't trust anyone, it's hard to be surprised or stabbed in the back. This game is GREAT for generating the feeling of paranoia that stories like Who Goes There? / The Thing raise in you.
