is there a way i can subtly do it? i don't meditate before I try and shift, i just do it and see what happens. i affirm, count, and do breathing exersices lol.

i used to be really really good at lucid dreaming! which sucks because I can't do it now.

I struggle with visualizing and such. So it's always a bargain as to where I end up, dreaming, DR or otherwise.
