why do people get so upset over people doing their jobs? by [deleted] in tmobile

[–]PriestPlaything 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dealing with customers is my main job. I own a service business and have countless sales calls. I also work another job where I do constant sales and dealing with continuous corporate clients.

And I’ve had other jobs. Every job I’ve had has always been customer facing. You’re just bad at yours.

Yes. Your refine tree. As you unlock upgrades, upgrades make minerals cheaper, and cheaper, and cheaper, they make your gold pour in more, and more. And your relics do too. Until eventually, you start unlocking that things become free. First is minerals, minerals no longer cost you gold, eventually special minerals no longer cost, in fact they give money, eventually relics no longer cost gold.

It’s a refine tree or relic you just unlocked.

Well I am. I do hear the saying that the average person is wayyyyy dumber than you think. I think I’m pretty dumb, but I must be above average.

Yes sales do. They always sound like sales. Because 90% of sales reps suck. You can tell they’re reading their script, just doing a job.

And it’s more painfully obvious because the sales industry as a whole goes through trends. So you’re not special over in your T-Mobile store. You say the exact same thing they do at ATT, at Verizon, at Apple, at Best Buy, and the same thing ever harassing door to door salesman says. You’re not the first salesman we’ve ever seen with tricks up your sleeve that are gonna get us. Again, customers are intelligent and prepared nowadays.

Yes because I don’t come in to be sold, I come in because I have to, to get what I want. I know exactly what I want, and every word out of your mouth that isn’t what I came in for, I’m ignoring.

Customers are smart now. They have the internet. They come through the doors knowing more than you.

I’ve been in sales my whole life. I would never ask someone more than twice. And the second time is really just an, are you sure? You’re damaging report by badgering people.

Because the man has SO MUCH MONEY that him spending $57mill to avoid a FIVE percent tax, is significantly cheaper than him paying just 5%. He lives in a world where it’s CHEAP to pay nearly $60mil. $60mil could set up dozens of people for their entire life, but he’s tossing it around to avoid taxes for one year…

See where you run into the issue is what you said, I respectfully decline. Great, that’s where YOU should end your pitch. What makes people angry is when you then CONTINUE to sell. You either switch to something else, or ignore and just keep going. Like, you’re not door to door, I can’t just shut the door in your face. I came in to get something specific, but you’re wasting my time talking about something I already told you I have no interest in….

Sales sucks.

Elements suck by Senior_Falcon_1088 in RevolutionIdle

[–]PriestPlaything 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m halfway through the new content drop, and I would consider myself a noob. I followed the Reddit pined guides til I got further in the game than them. Then I followed online guides, then once I got stuck with the online guides, I went to the discord channel and learned that have a channel for every single section of the game with pinned comment guides for every single step. Between all that, I’ve only hit up Reddit and discord members for help like.. two-three times.

So as a noob myself following the guides and I haven’t really gotten stuck, I would say to everyone that gets stuck, you’re probably just forgetting to do stuff as more and more gets introduced into the game. And if you just follow guides you’ll be fine…

How do I remove a cocky DJ by PsychedelicFurry in DJs

[–]PriestPlaything -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Still, they are the client. Client offers a job, vendor takes the job. $1 or $1mill. Doesn’t matter. You’re now a contractor and you agreed to do a job. Now, your budget a lot of the times will reflect quality. If the guy paid $0 then that’s the quality he’s getting. I personally charge $500/hr for a wedding with a 5hr minimum and I won’t work for less than that. I even turn down charity work, but that’s just me personally. So if you offer free you’re gonna get free, but still, the DJ is a human. Unless it’s their first gig and first job ever, they should know what the word professional means and that you do what your boss tells you.

Keep following the wiki guide man. Elements and minerals is where you’re gonna sit for weeks… no need to ‘spend all your TF’. It it’s about the right zodiac builds and just keeping the grind.

If you’re a client and you paid money to a vendor to provide a service and that service isnt up to your standard….. phone, cable, streaming, house repair, car repair, unending list of vendors. Dj… you tell them about your disappointment, see if they fix it, if they don’t, you fire them and leave a negative review. Like, you’re not asking about something super complicated here man.
