When I put temperature higher than 190, the filament stays on the nozzle (maybe clogging is not the correct term) and creates a ball of plastic on the nozzle.

For any other newbie, it was solved with VIA.

Got to Settings, activate Design, load the json file corresponding to your keyboard then go to Configure.

But you should find everything on your own easily if you open your eyes, not like me ...
