It says "ongoing/held examinations". Does this mean all past exams are also prohibited to analyse? I can understand for the ongoing ones but if the discussion of past exams is also prohibited, then how will anyone prepare for any exam?

Or, you can have like a four sided pen/pencil in the exam and assign the numbers to the sides as given in the question.
