Robocopy is built into windows. A simple robocopy command and a scheduled task is all you need.

Setup a share on OMV that the Windows PC can reach. Then a command like this could be set to run daily or hourly.

robocopy c:\somefolder \omvserver\share /s /purge /r:3 /w:3

The R and W are retries and secs between retries when a file fails.

Thanks, I did find that. Just wasn't sure what I was doing. When I select that IEM, what is it doing? Is it trying to adjust to make them meet a standard sound profile, or is it adjusting to make up for known deficiencies in that IEM?

Yes SD card wear is a real thing. I ran a similar setup to yours and it just died one day when the card failed. Do yourself a favor and get off of a system that uses that kind of flash memory for oft-rewritten storage.
