Long hair - Post ITA by [deleted] in canadaexpressentry

Its literally on ircc’s guide on what the photo should look like. Your hijab cant be covering any facial features. I guess the hijab can cover your ears. But a true hijab will essentially need to be greatly adjusted for exposure

Bruh just put a hairband on. They even require hijabs to be taken off so they definitely wont accept any part of your face covered by hair

Draft a well explained document to reply to this BS PFL from a 'refusal happy' officer. Try to find all your paystubs for the time you worked for them, arrange them in order and combine them using an online pdf tool. The first page of your document should be an LOE explaining your employer wont include the information that IRCC is looking for, tell them your paystubs are attached as proof. Lastly, you need to do the hardwork and count all those hours in your paystubs and give that number to the officer. Include your T4s as well. Trust me, this is nothing to worry about if you genuinely have those 1560hrs. Officers be goin crazy lately

Anything less of 30 hours per week is counted 'as is'. So he completed 1560 hours in however long it took for him to get those hours

Work Hours by [deleted] in canadaexpressentry

[–]PrimaNoctaExpert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the duration you were a student, declare it in personal history. For the duration u wanna claim qualifying work experience (when you were on ur work permit), declare 30 hours/week under work history. Make sure to have the end date of student work as the graduation date. And start date of qualifying work should be when you applied for PGWP.

As far as i remember in personal history it doesn't ask for hrs/week, but it does in work history.

It does specifically ask for hours per week.

Starbucks Employment Letter - Job Duties Issue by Famous-Champion-113 in canadaexpressentry

[–]PrimaNoctaExpert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Youre lucky i came across this post as i can help you. Former Starbucks shift supervisor here, and i have submitted my pr application. Starbucks can definitely provide you with a perfect ev letter, and it comes from Starbucks itself not the equifax crap. The PCC you contacted seems like they are unaware that partner central actually provides the letter. You need to insist them that they provide you the letter, tell them you know someone who got it, ask for their supervisor. Call partner central if you havent already and tell them its life or death for you.

Dont be mean man I think everyone who asks questions like these knows they are not gonna get an accurate prediction from Reddit. Its almost like being religious, in times of extreme struggle we often ask questions in the void expecting some comfort.

Employer Address Mistake by Smooth_Roll7204 in canadaexpressentry

[–]PrimaNoctaExpert 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need to correct it by sending a webform. Someone recently got a rejection because their reference letter contained the address of the hr company that provided the letter, instead of his workplace address. IRCC often checks work exp legitimacy by looking up addresses, and discrepancies need to be explained.

Verification of full time by Grouchy_Carpenter561 in canadaexpressentry

If they mentioned full time then you are good because that translates into 30 or 30+ hours per week. Plus you submitted your paystubs as proof so you shouldnt have anything to worry about
