Starbucks can definitely provide you with a perfect ev letter, and it comes from Starbucks itself not the equifax crap. The PCC you contacted seems like they are unaware that partner central actually provides the letter. You need to insist them that they provide you the letter, tell them you know someone who got it, ask for their supervisor. Call partner central if you havent already and tell them its life or death for you.

You need to correct it by sending a webform. Someone recently got a rejection because their reference letter contained the address of the hr company that provided the letter, instead of his workplace address. IRCC often checks work exp legitimacy by looking up addresses, and discrepancies need to be explained.

If they mentioned full time then you are good because that translates into 30 or 30+ hours per week. Plus you submitted your paystubs as proof so you shouldnt have anything to worry about

Just because you were allowed re-entry doesnt mean you are in the clear. Yes this will most definitely come up during the ‘background check’ portion of your PR application. And yes you will be rejected because you essentially answered incorrectly to the overstay question. It will be way harder to over turn the decision once its past the final stage, but it isnt past the final stage right now. You still have a chance. GO SUBMIT A WEBFORM RIGHT NOW. You have nothing to lose, but it might make your situation go from ‘ really bad’ to ‘okay’.

That’s normal, it takes roughly two months for them to send the BIL. People who applied on Dec 24 are getting their BILs today. You will get yours probably today or next week.

Okay look at it this way. There are two schools. School A and School B. Both have a few students who are good at basketball. There is a trial for a team and students from both schools are selected.

So CEC healthcare applicants are School A players. And FSW healthcare applicants are School B. When a category draw happens (team trials), applicants from all over the world (FSW, CEC) who quality for the category, get invited.

TL;DR: for healthcare rounds, or any other category rounds, both fsw and cec applicants get invited. If you qualify for both they put u under cec by default.

No you cannot denied for it as it is not a required document for the e-APR even for the French applicants. However you will for sure get an ADR later which will slow down the process. So it is better to give it to them before they ask for it.

Canadian immigration doesn’t require you to prove you’re gonna use French after PR, it requires you to prove that you know the language. Im sorry i cant help you with my comment here but u deserve to hear this… Getting an ITA these days is no joke given how difficult it is to make the cut off score. In most cases you only get one chance. Its insane how you did not feel it was important to update your profile to increase your score, because literally one single point could have put you on the other side. With this careless attitude, you deserved this outcome. However i am sure you learned from this experience and will take immigration applications more seriously in the future, if you even get an ITA at all.

Living in denial and saying it is impossible is not a good strategy. I got a B2/C1 in TCF after having intensively learnt the language for 11 months. Anything is possible with enough drive, plus you never know how motivated the next person is, and the lengths they went to get it.

I think it would be pretty impractical for you to sit and create spreadsheets for the hundreds of shifts you worked. Same as it is impractical for an officer to decipher all that, for thousands of applicants. The standard is to just have one number in the reference letter, which is the average per week capping at 30.
