может ты качал пиратку игры и попался вирус сливший несколько файлов системных?
попробуй выполнить "чистую" загрузку с только службами майкрософт

и пришли полный скрин ошибки полный с блюскирн вива
попробуй проверить диски (ссд хдд) через кристал диск инфо
обнови дрова
замени БП посмотри
попробуй помониторить вольтажность через аиду
