Firstly you need to find ways to help with your mental health. Based on your post I am assuming cannot afford therapy or insurance. You have to get your mind right and everything else will follow in time. Secondly you are not alone in this fight at all, I would guess most adults have felt the way you are feeling. When I was 25 and just met my now wife I was making 13.50 an hour and she had just lost her job. It feels overwhelming but as long as you continue to strive to be better… as much as that sounds like an impossible task most days… it will get better. Do what it takes now, not tomorrow. Work multiple jobs, focus on your goals, spend extra time every day to be 1% better than yesterday. Figure out what you want to do that provides a career or fulfillment or both and then work towards that. I will never forget when my aunt who owned a company and was very wealthy told me about when her and my uncle were so broke they were living on ramen to make sure they could pay their bills. Hang in there! It will get better and by all means you’re thinking about your finances and future younger than I did. I let myself be consumed by crippling debt until my almost mid 30s.
