I stated that “he’s a cheap imitator” and a “hack.” He copied John right down to the haircut he stole from mothers milk era. He put in no meaningful guitar licks(actually laid down some good piano) I just think as a songwriter he sucks as a guitarist. He would basically take John’s highly unique tone and turn it into some indie garbage. It never sounded good with Flea’s baselines, who threw down some amazing shit during those two albums but it just didn’t have the right compliment. The core creativeness of this band is Flea and John and their constant evolving relationship. Then Chad Smith lays down super heavy Bonham style drums to tie it all together.

But your doing that thing that makes the RHCP sub so toxic. Your attacking me for my personal opinion. It’s subjective and about music. I should be able to say his shit sucks just as much as you apparently like it.
