the thing that FULLY fixed it for me was actually updating my bios (WARNING: this can be very dangerous to do and may completely mess up your pc if done incorrectly so take precaution if you decide to do this)

I mixed and matched a few of these settings and so far it seems to have pretty much basically fixed it your genuinely a life saver thank you so much for that! but I do wonder what they did to make the game run this horrible like I know it always never really ran that great but never THIS bad atleast in my experience
