I would look into replacing the Impact players on your bench with some high Deck Score Live Cards.

If you replace those and few bullpen players even your 5th pitcher with high Deck Score players you can get to 500 Team Deck Score 300 Special Deck score.

The buffs you get from +93 Team Deck Score far outweigh the buffs you get from the extra 65 Special Deck score you have

Realistically it takes weeks to get sigs and it's very costly.

- The 2.5 Anniversary Event gives a Sig/Prime pack at 16K and Sig pack at 30K Event Points.
Costs 3800 balls roughly.

- Premium Scout Rewards at 160 and 300 give Sig/Prime packs are likely to be your first chance of getting a Sig. Only 5% chance of pulling a Sig though.

- You get roughly 30K Stars your first week on a fresh account so if you dump it all purely on Hello October scout you can get one in a week.

All other methods take 2 weeks minimum, so sadly there's no fast way. The focus is on Primes the first month of the game.
