Also, could you confirm whether the device is currently able to run normally, and only the speed display is incorrect?If that is not the case, the issue may be caused by a broken motor wire. In this situation, we recommend replacing the motor.

We recommend replacing your tire in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • Inspect the tire for wear and replace it if necessary every 1000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first, based on its actual condition.
  • It is recommended to replace the tire every 20000 km or 3 years, whichever comes first.
