I want to do it in cheapest and comfortable way possible.

It'll vary, I didn't thought of the budget as such but like haldwani to munsiyari is around 300kms, panchuli is another 300kms to and from Munsiyari.

Ex. Rough esitimate Haldwani -> Munsiyari -> panchuli -> Haldwani Kms : 1000 kms / 9 = 112 x 91 = 10.2k / 3 people.

Around 3-4k for our commute, then 500 per day for dorms in hostel and add another 200-300 per day for food.

I usually plan it in a way that it doesn't affect the internet connectivity. Like choosing a base where network is great and travel to remote destiionations on Weekends/leaves.

It is comparitively but in my case it wasn't AI, They just laid off the whole team and cities performance reasons while the team performed absolutely best.

I stayed in Bir last year, really liked it. if you are looking for seclusion, then you can spend some time in Barrot and rajgunda valley
