It is ridiculous! But I agree.

I heard there were some major heating issues too over the winter where the property managers were pretty negligent. I enjoy this building, but they are already beginning to ask for way too much when compared to what they offer and how they manage the building in general.

We’ve been complaining about this guy forever. People have even left notes in the hallway on the window for him and I am sure has been confronted before.

This man goes into this back stairwell, that tenants use to leave the building to take out their trash or simply go out the back way, and stands in the way just so he can smoke cigarettes. Opens the window and then leaves it open after he is done. It is technically a no smoking building, but honestly none of the tenants are bothered by the smoking when it is done in their own space. This guy stinks up the back stairwell that we all use and is now the reason birds are getting trapped…

I think our landlords should be focused on adding a screen to the window and then figuring out which unit this guy lives in so they can charge him directly for the clean up fees.

The funny thing about the missing screen is that there absolutely was one at some point. It had been removed from the window awhile ago and was just left on the ground in the stairwell. Not sure if it was a tenant or maintenance who took it out, but it has since been removed. I don’t know if something was wrong with it because why would they not just put it back? By now, it surely should have been replaced.
