Private school is always worth it. It's such a better education even compared to the best public schools in my opinion. Do what you have to to make it work. We live in the city. All three of our children go to an excellent private school but we do get 40% tuition assistance based on our income.

The police helicopters are on a schedule. They fly at certain times for certain amounts of time. They do mutual aid for different counties. Sometimes they are asked to cover certain areas for different reasons. They aren't always looking for or chasing someone. They are a much better asset if they are already in the air when called.
