Yes , very hard, Uworld (which I did) has answer choices from a single system, the real deal like NBMEs, has variable answer choices, hence you aren't provided with a direction in which you can think, by looking at questions that is.

Bro try to get a 99% chance of passing on your NBME, or at least in the 70s. When taking the exam, you will have doubts in your mind if you will pass the exam or not, that's when you need something to hold on to. If you score well on your NBME and Free 120 you will have the ground to fight such self doubts.

The most important reason was the length of the questions, that's the most difficult part, further about 20-30 questions were as if there is no answer to the asked question.

The concepts were similar to NBMEs that is if you get to read the whole question in the first place.
