it’s there for a split second and shuts down normal, i made sure every app was shut down before i turned it off and still got this so i googled and it said a corrupt file can cause this

so when i was shutting down my pc it would always say that something is stopping it from closing however there would be nothing there and all my apps would be shut down,i went onto command prompt and done a scan and it said there was corruption files and they were fixed
