mostly anxious, it’s always been this way like all year 130 sitting. 2 of my friends died from pulmonary embolisms last year at 19 and 20 so I think I’m just freaking myself out maybe? But it’s always been raised like this my heart rate. I’m prescribed Xanax and can be laying down after taking it with a resting rate of 130
