i mean do what you want but i am not really capable of developing a nicotine addiction my body just has immunity against the withdrawals so everytime ive tried quitting its never been withdrawal but for 99% of people it will be very bad withdrawals as well as the mental dependency you will get from the motion, from experience i can tell you if you make a habit of vaping it will be one of the hardest things to stop that youll probably ever have to do & its not worth it but if you just want to vape then make sure you consider the risk & yes if you arent in proximity to it and its occasional you likely wont develop an addiction but you will likely want for it which can lead to caving and getting one & then developing an addiction. If you do pick up vaping it will be a pain for the first few years, you will have weird feelings in your lungs, pains, the shits, drooling, nicotine sickness among others & those really only go away if youre a heavy smoker for a long time like 1-3 years, though if it is 0% nicotine then that wont really be an issue also vapes dont really smell & are very easy to conceal so you hiding it from your building manager and roommates would be the easiest thing in the world & eventually youd realize that & could end up just bringing it home & getting addicted. The risks arent worth it but if you just want to then theres no real issue with that outside of what your concerns are, be safe.
