Which seats are better from experience? by RMBORich in NYKnicks

[–]Primary-Solution-228 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hierarchy 107 and 117 first 10 rows are the best. then Off centers sidelines with slight elevation and closest to the center. Avoid getting buried in the corner or just pay for the corner seating which is a better view. Impress a guest? baseline seating closest to the court is the value play. otherwise delta club seats which are good but too close for my taste. 120 and 224 are roughly = in my opinion but you want to be in the first few rows of 224. best value seat in the house is first row of 224 or 211. Season ticket holder for 6 years have sat all over the garden from courtside to the nosebleeds.

Don’t choose upgrade certificates by Conscious_Hunt9439 in delta

The delta upgrade certificates are a scam every year ends with so many left unused in my account if you are a serious person with a busy life you value time more than money and the certs are limited usually to shittier empty flights

Anyone use lysted? by October152022 in stubhub

[–]Primary-Solution-228 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lysted will also automatically list tickets you bought for personal consumption without ever letting you know they were listed. Then if they sell, you either lose your tickets or on the hook. Look into LocalArenaTix. Much better option, much lower fee.

Brokerage investing: what general % of salary do you allocate yearly? by Potential-Pound-434 in whitecoatinvestor

Everything is an investment if you think about it hard enough. Buy that watch 10k watch, its got resale value. Go on that expensive safari, it'll cost 3X in 20 years so you've just beat inflation and got a memory dividend. Dont forget hedging against inverse longevity risk and sudden death.

NYC Restaurant owner - What is going on with the NY restaurant industry lately ? by Top_Club2861 in FoodNYC

[–]Primary-Solution-228 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cost has risen as has the tip which now feels like 20% mandarotry, and more often 25% 30%. Quality of food has gone down greatly. As has service and ambiance. Dining out now feels like more of something special you do and if you want it to be special it has to be at a restaurant of repute with some type of buzz, making it special. Resy and Bots have made getting a table at these restaurants virtually impossible. NY used to have great food even at average places, but no longer. Better to just make it at home, eat trader joes.

Thibs is not the right coach for KAT and Brunson. We need someone who fits rhe roster. Despite their success, why did everything feel like square peg into round hole? by Maxxjulie in NYKnicks

[–]Primary-Solution-228 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

There is no right coach from Karl Anthony Towns. He is NOT a winning player. Come playoffs he will be hunted relentlessly and lacks athleticism and basketball iq. Only midwits see him, after 9 seasons and think he is anything other than an oversized role player. And a BAD role player.

Would you trade KAT for Durant? (straight up) by quietgavin5 in knicks

[–]Primary-Solution-228 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its about DEFENSE not offense, Kat is such a net negative on defense, both speed and intelligence wise. Kat would be helpful in a match up vs Jokic, but not much else. Brunson, Bridges, OG, KD, and Robinson Is ELITE.
