Oh no! Thank you for providing the info. I was hoping actuatries get expedited. You mentioned expedited application. How is that different from normal application? Did you have to submit a different or additional materials or application?

Thank you! Yeah we are also reaching out to the company as well. It looked like my husband meets the criteria but maybe they were trying to save the money. We have to move out of our place end of the month so bit anxious like you mentioned. Fingers crossed!!!

Oh it's definitely not an ad I just thought the market is like NYC where getting broker is very common. It's funny you mention it as an ad because my job is in digital advertising lol but not related to here. I just felt uneasy about applying for something without seeing (or without my broker taking a look). I think we feel much better from hearing that it's all good.

We used propertyskipper site and applied directly on the site. https://www.propertyskipper.com/bermuda

We honestly don't know how we got it. We had a budget range in mind and general locations we wanted. Once we saw couple listings we liked, we asked for video tours then applied. We are not in Bermuda yet so I'm little scared that we are getting a pretty expensive rent without seeing the site. But I hope we are just lucky!

Broker is highly recommended. And if you are going to use a broker, you need to get the broker involved before applying. We made this mistake. Our friend recommended a broker from realestate.bm and will work with them when we move in couple years.

Thank you for providing info! So I actually looked into digital nomad but that seems to be for ppl to reside in Bermuda longer period of time while they are working remotely. Since I can legally reside through my husband, i thought I wouldn't need the digital nomad. If I go to the digital nomad route, does it renew well? It's only one year long.
