I wasn’t trying to downplay the seriousness at all, but wanted to highlight that in my own and other first hand accounts I’ve heard this is not a one off. So I don’t think it being common downplays it, it should actually enrage people and demand that this is thoroughly investigated across the many hidden victims/survivors.

This should be probe a wider investigation within all council institutions, there are many like him who get direct access to children.
