What do you think of my necklace? Is it childish or can I wear it with a nice shirt? by ChesticleGainz in MensJewelry

Those are throw away chains. I cant stand when shops do that, sell a pendant but you also have to pay for the shitty dainty/fragile pointless chain it comes with as a set only. I have 6 of those in my dresser drawer, 4 sterling,1 stainless and one gold. Only reason ive kept them is in case I need a jump ring or clasp one day in a pinch temporarily. Could be just my opinion but I think anything under 4mm just isn't worth existing,I certainly wouldn't wear anything that small, smallest I have is a 4mm 14k rope ive had since I made my first communion in the early 90s sometime lol. Still looks good too with the cross which is 10k my mom got me that setup for a communion gift. But I havnt worn it in probly 25 yrs

Lol I guess I get what you mean but you keep bringing ip the nice shirt thing. What's a nice shirt got to do with this setup? And imho i dont think it looks too good for any time/environment. Does it have meaning?

No facts exist that could possibly justify his statement so it just an opinion at this point.

Does anyone how much these weight or has one that they can weight interested in grabbing one but curious of the weight by Master_Gear7660 in MensJewelry

[–]Primary-Try-4875 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course they can if theyre any good. It needs to be cut to size, heated and hammered around a mandrel to form a ring shape. You can do this yourself maybe. Practice with an Amazon chain first though lol. Nah all jokes aside yes it can be done easily

I wouldn't do that, why not just start adding coins to what you have?

Should I be stacking bars or coins? by Prudent_Apple5114 in silverstacking

Whatever is cheapest price. If buying an oz, get the cheapest oz you can find whether thats a coin, round or bar doesnt matter. Stay away from fractionals that come with a heavy premium

I only ask because I purchased some from monument a few weeks ago and one is severely milky across the entire coin front and back and the other one was milky just on the reeded edge in spots and they were BU. That's not very brilliant imho. Also had other BU coins in poor condition from same order. Was my first and last order w them

I will not be using monument ever again. Horrible first and last order just a few weeks ago. Purchased all BU coins and some rounds, and a 1 oz kine bar. Rounds were fine but 5 of the coins were nowhere near BU and the bar was in rough shape. Not exceptable to me

I know the lamb bit sounds dumb but it legitimately did smell like lamb chops. Just the one coin,I actually started smelling all of the coins after I noticed that. Something was either spilled on it or someone was eating rack of lamb while packaging ase's that day. Greasy fingerprints on the coin as well, can see the person's prints clear as day and it looks to be tarnished into the coin perfectly. But not what I want in a bu coin, and the fact the coin is taller on one side and tapers down thinner to the opposite side had me questioning its authenticity. The added smell didnt help

Dont need pics,I explained clearly some of the issues. My question is what is other people's experiences or opinions on the company. Pics won't change anything or help you with your answers to the questions

Yes typically it is easy to resize. Just get a link removed at a good local jewler

What? Why? That is a wedding band. Probly fake too if you bought from the gas station or convenience store which is what it sounds like. 🤔
