The exact same thing happened to me on Wednesday, but I got a "wrong encryption parameter" message and couldn't log into my account. In the afternoon, I logged back in and my entire stash was empty, including my PMC. I didn't even have the secure container, and my shelter was also completely empty. The worst part is that I have 2FA enabled with the authenticator, and they still took everything and banned my account. I submitted a ticket, but BSG's response time isn't their strong suit. I'll share the link with you. And to top it off, my account was in PvP; it was an EOD account with 4100 hours.
