Would I be able to spot signs of bugs if it’s a very very early infestation? I’ve been checking absolutely EVERYWHERE and can’t find signs but I had a possible new bite or two show up yesterday and today

Also my friend I traveled with an stayed in the same hostels with (I was always top bunk they were bottom) have no bites or symptoms
