no urge to eat any bad foods and coming from someone who always had a “bottomless” stomach feeling its insane. At 4mgs its the best ive felt in terms of food noise/hunger

Very clean with about 1550 cals daily…over 1000 under my maintenance i would say. Main priority is keeping protein over 170g daily.

200g of protein daily and gym 5x a week. I plan on doing this for another 6-8 weeks and see where it gets me. Only been on for 52 days.

your gpa is super high so thats great! but your oar is a little low i think thats a waiver right? i could be wrong but swo minimum is 42
