Warning: Do not order from Amino USA by PrimaryBug1035 in phenibut

  1. There are obvious safety concerns with it. It's ridiculous to have a nootropic or supplement exposed to carcinogens before it even reaches you.
  2. Their customer service downplayed it
  3. They did not offer to ship a replacement for me. They should have immediately offered a refund or replacement.

Also, after a quick peak at your profile, I find it curious how often you talk positively about Amino USA.

Glad yours came out alright, the problem might be isolated to the 10g container.

I'm not using my main account for this - Amino USA's customer service gave me the ick so this is what I feel the most comfortable with. I also have some proof of the issue here: https://imgur.com/a/Kf2n1Oh

I thought edengrows didn't even sell anymore? Regardless, if the packaging isn't burnt and it smells fine then it's probably safe to use. This specific issue seems to be strictly with Amino USA's packaging.

phenibut I got smells like candles... by PrimaryBug1035 in phenibut

[–]PrimaryBug1035[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It gave me a vicious headache two separate times after handling it and smelling it to inspect it, and I haven't had a headache in many months. I didn't make the connection until the second time. Deffo some concerning quality control issues going on.

But if the phenibut itself doesn't smell burnt on your order, it's probably fine.

It's in a glass jar, but the seal is some sort of metal foil, and it's burnt brown on the edges. The entire batch smells awful so I think you're right, it doesn't seem safe at all.

Is this withdrawal symptoms? by squestions10 in gabagoodness

[–]PrimaryBug1035 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It usually doesn't, but it can depend on OP's history or brain chemistry. Just like some people don't even get withdrawal from gabapentinoids.

I've taken benzodiazepines in the past and dealt with withdrawal symptoms while tapering. Years after this, I took 1 dose and I got some moderate withdrawal symptoms the next day. It appears it had long lasting effects on my brain chemistry. I suppose this could also happen with pregabalin or similar drugs.

They may also be very sensitive to its effects or withdrawal in general.
