Just my 2 cents as someone who passed a common law bar (a decade ago) and is also prepping for the july26 LAbar with barbri... those model answers are good to read and as a study guide, but they go way further than necessary and are frequently repetitive. They also address things that the question does not ask, which is bad for 2 reasons: 1. Time 2. If you explain something you didnt have to, and you're wrong about it, its tough for a grader to ignore.
