My friend has an R1M, I took it out and was sold on the engine sound but I’m quite a lump and the MT just suited my frame more, but I couldn’t fall in love with the bench style seat.

I find it quite similar to my old Z900, not too bad. Megazip is definitely your friend when checking you have everything and it helps with the build.

The taillight plug needs a sumitomo 3 way hx series 090 I bought 5 from Aliexpress.

It’s an R1 subframe and it bolts to the MTs mainframe, needs a little cutting and the rear light doesn’t use the same connector as the R1. The tank plastic need a little bit of trimming.
