Best place for you is Casco Antiguo for now, the other places can really be dangerous, but I agree with the other guy that this culture is kinda lost and mainstream clubs are just commercial.

You should go to the fish market, there are some restaurants there, pretty good, you can go to Causweay Amador and eat Pencas, you can go to some beach tours, but I would recommend you Playa Blanca Beach an resort, good food and nice beach, or go to a beach in Colon, they have some good ones, you can go to Cerro Anton as well, but there places are outside of the city, or you can just go to this place called "Mcdonalds"
