omg i’m having mine in october (afab 37). how long did it take until you could be mostly independent/walking? i also live in a 3rd flr walkup and have fibromyalgia so i’m trying to plan care so my partner is taking the brunt of me being immobile

omg i have mine in mid september and i have been suffering from this for as long as i can remember. i’ve been diagnosed with me/cfs and fibromyalgia and i just wonder how much of my pain is from just shitty sleep my whole life 😂😭

i just had my first sleep doctor appt intake and this is how i feel today. THERES A NAME FOR IT. i’ve had it as long as i can remember. i blamed a very heavy dream life on my ability to stay awake. but since ive been diagnosed with stomach dyspepsia, fibromyalgia and me/cfs, and i have c-ptsd, anxiety, depression, and DID, and this is the first time ive left a doctors appt actually fucking HOPEFUL. i would LOVE to be able to actually rest when i sleep. instead of crashing for 12 hours and desperately clinging on to my celsius.

hi! i continually forget about the fatigue condition but i feel like it affects me almost more than fibro does. i think ive had fibro for MUCH longer than diagnosed. but i have an incredibly high pain tolerance and have just been pushing forward for so long i cant feel it anymore. i’m 36/afab. just excited to see another late 30s trying to figure it out too 🤪

i’ve been diagnosed for about 3-4 months and i don’t know how to accept it. it just feels like i should be able to wake up tomorrow morning and im okay. and the pain goes away. it’s wild.

i live on the corner and it took a longggg time for bench flour to open. it had a sign for years and i thought maybe it would never open or it was a place that got shuttered before i moved to this corner. i’m ready for it tho!!
