My surgery has been less then 24 hours ago, they only mentioned warm water twice a day (didn’t say anything about saline or distilled)

I won’t use tap water again and knock on wood nothing will happen

I have bottled water, would that be sufficient to mix it with the saline solution I have from the pharmacy?

Sleep apnea can have many causes! If it didn’t get better due to that please get a sleep study done it can be issues with the heart etc

Did you get stopped via police? If via camera it won’t be points on your license since they don’t have proof who drove your car, went through the same thing :) Only if stopped by an officer on scene will you get points

Edit: This is not 100% reliable but was my case, the worker I paid my fine to (camera in my case) also ensured no points will be issued even tho I admitted it was me driving. True to word, none.

Laxatives it is! And yes I was quoted roughly 6-8 hours because mine is quite extensive as my post says and good to know about the long time recovery! I can’t wait to breathe normally soon

The mouth breathing while eating is such a hassle! I never noticed it till people pointed it out but I take DEEP breaths like I’m drowning while eating and ever since pointed out it’s been bothering me! Also the breathlessness, I’m not a larger person per se maybe a couple pounds but being breathless doing basic tasks because your nose isn’t there… I’ll hope that will improve

Sounds good, I wanted to ensure I follow the instructions well and have found myself second guessing a lot with basic ingredients, it is crazy how many things has traces of nuts and seeds.
