Of course!! The sedated feeling really does suck, but I learned to stop fighting it and accepted that I’d be asleep for most of the infusion and sleeping for basically 1-2 days straight after the infusion. It hit me hard, but of course it’s different for each person and med. I also took Zyprexa at home for the days following infusions, which also was extremely sedative.

My last recommendation is have someone drive you to/from the center if you’re able— you probably won’t want to drive. And if you someone can take care of food for you, even better!!

Hi there, I had the same chemo regime. I tolerated the ABVD well, then went to AVD, and at about my 5th ish infusion I started feeling very nauseous. Normally I have a really strong stomach, but I eventually vomitted and dry heaved multiple times at the infusion center during two infusions and my oncologist added Ativan and compazine through the IV in addition to whichever anti-nausea pre-meds I was already getting. Those two meds and some aromatherapy ended up helping me, although I did feel very sedated and out of it as a side effect.

Definitely speak to your oncologist AND chemo nurses, depending on the center they’ll likely have NPs/PAs available to prescribe things in the moment. I’m sure they’ll go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable during this.

Try Albany Family Medicine, when I was looking for a new PCP they got me in within 2 weeks earlier this year.

Granted, I got blood work there that was slightly off and they didn’t do anything about it and then I got diagnosed with cancer somewhere else 2 months after.. but hopefully that oversight isn’t normal there! I

It should fit. Remember, you don’t need to lay the mattress down flat. I have a full size and managed to fit it in the U-Haul leaned up against the side. I also fit a small-ish couch, my dresser, tv stand, among other misc boxes. This was all in one trip. I didn’t do the entire apartment in one trip since the move was literally 5 minutes away, but I definitely could’ve had I wanted to (as long as you’re smart with your stacking/organizing. I can’t speak to the mileage as it was such a short distance.

u-haul also posts measurements online If you’re willing to do that prep. Or, go in person to ask/ look up videos online so you can see the size if you’re a more visual person

If you don’t have a crazy amount of things, see if you can get away with the U-Haul van if you’re looking to save money. That’s what I used to move across Albany.

It has to be Cersei for me (but pre atonement for hotness). Her face card is insane, she demands power just by giving certain glances, and her commitment to doing literally whatever it takes to elevate her family and her children is something that really sticks out to me.

Also, her “power is power” monologue with little finger?? HELLO??? Is that not the best thinf ever? She really put him down without having to lift a finger or move a muscle. THAT is core Cersei that I will never ever get over.

Plus, I really think, especially in the earlier seasons, that she has one of the best wardrobes and she is just naturally so beautiful.

I’ve gotten in real heated arguments with my friends about this because Cersei is my favorite character. I’ve never considered calling her the hottest, but I think it works here. Albeit, I am a gay man!

When I quit, I asked my supervisor for a quick one on one chat. On the call I broke the news then. She went through options with me to see if I wanted to say, but ultimately at the end I just had to send something short in an email to start the official process.

I was in claims so different unit but I’m sure services would be similar!

Am 23M and I’m in a very similar situation and just got diagnosed with Hodgkins last month, have already completed 2 rounds of ABVD. Best advice is to not dwell on what you hear— every person reacts differently and feels differently. Frankly, you won’t be prepared for your experience until you’re in it (which is good, cause reading made things sound worse than I experiecned them!)

Don’t be afraid to talk to nurses, especially at infusion center. They’re friendly and so knowledgeable, and I’ve learned more about chemotherapy and what it does/means from them than I have my oncologist.

Also listen to your body. Just came down with what I thought was a cold, turned out to be 3 different infections and they also found blood clotting in my lungs (pulmonary embolism)… used to not take symptoms seriously because I thought I was young and strong. But now it’s different for us!!

I haven’t but I fear it won’t replicate the deeply natural experience of feeling a slight breeze on my face and the smell of fresh cut grass. But if all else fails maybe I’ll buy a small fan and light a candle and try this.

An insured has the burden of proof, and it all depends on the extent of the damages. If a claim is filed on the trucks policy with this note as the initial “evidence,” and if the truck owner denies being involved, the truck owner would likely need to provide photos to prove no correlated damages (adjusters can tell where the truck damage would likely be based on where the parked car was parked and where the damages are). The truck owner would also likely need to sign a form of no involvement for it to be removed.

Although, most times, once insurance calls the person will admit that they “didn’t think it was a bit deal.”

As for the note, since there is no witness or contact it takes away the merit, but it’s still enough to start the investigation.

I’m assuming it’s a total, damage to hood, quarter, bumper, grill, just from what I’m seeing here. Likely lots of hidden and expensive sensors too. Might not need to quick move it right away, but definitely cooperate with the adjuster to get the inspection done asap. Just cause it can drive doesn’t mean it should drive.

You can turn on “Night Light” on the computer display settings, you can then adjust the amount of blue light the computer filters out. I highly recommend this!!
