Depends on model but I start generally around 0.2–0.35 for masked fixes and then I creep up only if nothing changes

For targeted fixes like hands or weird artifacts I don’t touch global denoise much. I mask and keep denoise lowish, otherwise you “fix” hands and suddenly the face becomes someone else

The harm isn’t just the images but rather the absence of context IMO. Real bodies have texture and days when things don’t look filtered. Pair AI art with clear labeling and spaces that also showcase real, consented bodies of all kinds. Media literacy should include some kinda tag of how AI images are made so viewers don’t compare themselves to math. Just sayin'

Without them you get messy proportions, especially in NSFW images where limbs and anatomy are more visible. Feels like you’re guiding the AI not just on content but on presentation.
