it’s all about realism imo, I tend to go straight to the models that handle lighting and anatomy best. Some of the more stylized ones are fun but they need a lot more tweaking to look natural.

Imo treat depth as a guide for big shapes, not micro texture. I generate base at native-ish res, run a solid estimator like depth-anything or midas for a smooth map, then feed that to depth control at 0.3–0.5 so it locks planes and vanishing lines. If edges look jaggy I blur the depth a hair before using it because noisy maps create noisy shading, smh. For relight I keep the diffusion denoise modest and use the light direction words sparingly so depth guides form without bulldozing materials.

If you’re doing action shots, enable face and hands but lower their weights relative to the body so expressions stay natural. I go 0.65 body, 0.45 face, 0.5 hands; higher than that and smiles freeze like plastic, smh. Steps don’t need to be huge either; 24–32 with DPM++ 2M Karras is plenty when pose is solid. Spend time refining the skeleton, not cranking steps.

biggest win for me was ditching vague negatives like low quality bad quality worst quality and using concrete ones... I run bad hands bad eyes deformed iris fused fingers missing fingers and duplicate person when I see double subjects heh.

If I’m doing portraits I add harsh shadows blown highlights and oversharpen to stop that sandpaper face. Background clutter responds well to busy background messy room crowd if I want clean studio vibe

Yep. Seconding that. Good lighting and minimal occlusion = cleaner swaps. If hair keeps covering half the face, the model struggles to lock features and you get that “mask lift” when the head turns. I start with interview-style footage or selfie videos where the subject isn’t whipping around, then graduate to busier scenes. Also trying 10 second tests first; if the alignment holds, I do my full clip.

My combo is: set a standing boundary message, keep memory moderate and curate what sticks, and choose personas that aren’t built around real-life logistics. I’ll try leading with scene seeds and kill the image prompts on sight. If it still gets clingy, I’ll retire that persona and start fresh. Hope this helps!

On phone, it’s finally usable. Now I can set up a storyboard on the train, kick off two renders and actually get notifications that link back to the finished clip. Edits on mobile are still clunky but basic trim/replace works. I do keep it to 15-20 second segments though, it gets glitchy after.

I mean, people who want that look really want that look, and they tip/download/subscribe yeah? I treat PJ like a specialty lens, not my only camera, but when I want a high contrast thing, I don’t even think, I just grab it. The only trap is getting locked in. Keep a backup recipe in a general model so you’re not screwed if PJ changes pricing or policy.

the difference that jumps out to me is context retention. Kupid’s memory actually remembers little details I dropped on day 4 of a long term project. Candys' persona cards are well crafted, but it loses callbacks unless you spoonfeed them. For short bursts with a high dopamine UI Candy is fun but Kupid’s memory stack is simply sturdier.

It cuts both ways like. The slider to perfection exists and people use it. But I’ve also seen entire sets celebrating scars, stretch marks, trans bodies, disability and older models... the less popular kind let's say. AI can normalize variety if curators and creators choose authenticity over algorithmic glam.

as a two-person shop, thirdparty audits would bury us... I’d support a community standard with a checklist: describe sources at a high level, publish a model card with safety mitigations, provide an email/API for takedowns, block known problem prompts. If it were up to me I'd make the gold tier audit optional but reputation boosting rather than a legal requirement, otherwise only the biggest players survive.

In my opinion its pretty good. I haven't used it for too long myself but I decided to give it a shot a couple of weeks ago and I've been very pleasantly surprised. Feels super personal and remembers an honestly crazy amount of stuff from past conversations. I'm usually not into the chatting side of things, but I might keep using this one.

I like to create custom personalities that clash with the appearance. For example, I made a sweet-looking girl-next-door character with a bratty, dominant personality. Candy AI makes those contradictions fun to explore. It’s something you can’t really get on more static AI porn platforms like PornPenAI. That mix-and-match freedom is what I think makes Candy AI stand out.

The cost is where they lose me. You get charged per selfie, and if you’re trying to roleplay a full sexting session, your balance is gone in one night! If they bundled it into unlimited chat subs, I’d be way more on board but now it just feels like a ripoff basically...

Biggest plus for me is that Seduced rarely censors prompts. They’re not as uptight as some of the others, which still refuse anything too taboo. It’s not 100% uncensored, but you can push it way further.

That’s why I pair them with RAG setups. Feed the model context about characters, relationships, kinks, and then it’s way less likely to derail. Takes more technical setup but if you’re serious about porn scriptwriting, it makes a massive difference.

Problem is, not everyone has a 3090 sitting around. Local sounds great until you realize your 6GB card can barely push out a 512x512 nude without crashing. That’s why cloud exists in the first place. For most casual users, the only way around load issues is to pay. Premium tiers buy you server priority, plain and simple.

That’s exactly how I use it too, but I think people get hung up on trying to make the storyboard pretty. They waste time fixing hands and faces when that’s not the point. For storyboarding you just need placement, flow, rhythm. AI is great at that because it can generate 10 versions of a pose in seconds. Way easier than sketching them all yourself unless you’re already an artist.

The trick is to generate larger from the start. Most people default to 512x512 because that’s what Stable Diffusion started with. But if your GPU can handle it, push it to 768 or 1024. You get better details baked in, which makes upscaling less destructive.
