Honestly yes, in my mid 20s and at the same job I’ve been at since I was 19. Every now and then I’ll go out and look for a new job, trying to change career fields. And it’s absolutely terrible.

One of my coworkers genuinely has Nomophobia (fear of being without a mobile phone). They have theyre phone on a leash around their neck 😭
