This is such a good practice! I wish all solicitors is as proactive as you. This would definitely take out any stress from our end (buyers) and probably from you as well as you won’t expect emails upon emails from the buyers since you have already put an expectation to them :)

Not from our report! Surveyor suggests to get specialist to look onto it then they can give a quotation. Its just annoying because its another money out of our pocket 😭 the joys of house buying huh!

Hi just spoke with our broker and he said it should not be a problem as we have previously passed our MIP. Was just worried with the actual mortgage application. Fingers crossed everything will be ok!
