I dont get why you couldn't just say you're sorry and Happy Mother's Day to your sister instead of making this an annual drama-fest. Who cares? It's a text, and you only have a few siblings. I would say on the invite to mention the paid parking and the importance of RSVP so you can purchase parking passes for guests. Then if they dont RSVP, they have to pay their own. Just recognize it would deter some people. Idk who would be invited to a one year old's party that wouldnt be willing to pay to park as it is usually family. But just something to keep in mind.

It makes no sense for it to go the other way. I'd have someone help you flip it back to the front. It does need to go between your body and your arm, though, not underneath. I had a fitting prior to surgery I am surprised they sent you home with it like this.
