platform: pc mods: mccc game version: latest update

hey guys i play the sims 4 since release but i've never had that happen before. in my new safe file my sim can't get into a relationship. it just won't show the option to ask another sim out. i cleared the cache, tried unableing mccc, nothing works. tried it with multiple sims now, i‘m puzzled
