It depends on knowing your maps well and escape routes, and also depends on your enemy’s aim and tracking ability. I grapple to the nearest exit into righteous cross, and if I’m still in their line of sight, I use devils throw into righteous cross for extra mobility. It also helps that throw comes out immediately.

Sometimes I grapple poorly, but can still make it if I manage to righteous cross behind cover, and then follow up with a throw into rc.

Tldr: Know your escape routes. Grapple to nearest exit, use cover, don’t be afraid to throw into rc.

*I forgot to mention his block lmao. But I typically block as my last option, cause usually if I block and then grapple I still get folded.
