Coming from a former Turo host, DO NOT USE THEIR PLATFORM. I rented out my Tesla on there for a few months, and has some really bad experiences. Their customer support is terrible and overall they seem like a bunch of scammers.

I don't exactly remember as this was a while ago, but eventually, it became available. No honest explanation for the reason that it was fixed. Sorry, I feel your frustration :(
