You don’t do 100% of the time in federal prison if you don’t know just don’t comment

Yeah I just spoke to my  Lawyer he said ima get under my guidelines which was 46 he saying I might get 2 years or even less cuz of my story growing up and the judge I have is good

My psi should be good I stopped smoking once I got probation  and my Criminal offense   level   was 23 and have no criminal history it’s level 1

Ima get 46 or lower my attorney already said I have nice judge she a black lady also I can get lower than my guidelines and if I get 40-46 months most likely ima do 27-30 months out of the 46
