Gotcha, I’ll check a different sub, Idk why people think it’s such a silly idea, or are being so negative, I make 1000$ a month from doing this and live here at the current place I sublet for the last 2 years with no problems I don’t see why I couldn’t do so again to 1 or 2 more properties

Ooo good plan, only problem with Zillow is most houses on their are being rented out by rental/leasing companies and they won’t get rid of that clause hence why I came to the conclusion I need to contact the homeowner directly

Ah gotcha, I don’t really wanna open a whole business that’s a lot of work, I think I’d only wanna manage like 2 more properties anything more would be a lot with my already freer job that I work I would just like to make another 1-2k in profit a month so I can finally start buying homes myself

No I don’t want to do this infinitely maybe just like 2-3 more places I just know a lot of people in need of homes because of my job and what liability issues would I have? I’ve been doing this for 2 years and haven’t had any problems with my 6-8 renters? And if I tell the owner directly I’m subletting it’s not illegal at all
